Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 48 participants, all participants fulfilled the GINA asthma criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: chronic lung disease, cardiac problems, recent respiratory tract infections in 2 weeks, and overweight which weight for height ratio over 120 were excluded.
