Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who have indication for Cesarean delivery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic history to dexamethasone, lidocaine, or adrenaline 2. Overt diabetes mellitus, or gestational diabetes mellitus who required insulin therapy 3. Cardiovascular disease, pheochromocytoma, or active hyperthyroidism 4. Active phase of labor 5. COVID-19 infection 6. General anesthesia on Cesarean delivery 7. Cesarean hysterectomy 8. Delayed primary suture
