42 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: presence of a major criterion of infection as productive cough, temprature more than 37.8 degree Celsius, or two of minor criterion as leukocytosis more than103/mm3,pleuritic chest pain, dyspnea, pulmonary consolidation by examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any other chest diseases. 2. Previously diagnosed with dyslipidemia. 3. Who received treatment with lipid lowering drugs within the previous month
