Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Craniovertebral angle Pre and post the 30-min smartphone using. An angle between a horizontal line passing through the C7 spinous process and a line joining the midpoint of the tragus of the ear to the skin overlying the C7 spinous process.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Acromial distance Pre and post the 30-min smartphone using. The perpendicular distance between the acromium process and the flat surface in supine position.,Hand grip strengthening Pre and post the 30-min smartphone using. Hand strength test using a hand grip dynamometer. ,Pain scale Pre and post the 30-min smartphone using. The pain scale will be measured by visual analogue scale (VAS).,Peripheral nerve tension Pre and post the 30-min smartphone using. Both medain nerve tensions will be measured by the upper limb tension test 1 technique (ULTT1) in supine position. ,Micro-vascular blood flow in tissue Pre and post the 30-min smartphone using. The Micro-vascular blood flow in tissue will be measured by Laser Doppler Flow Module type LDF100C at tip of fingers.,Pulmonary function test Pre and post the 30-min smartphone using. Air flow rate will be tested by a force vital capacity maneuver and a slow vital capacity maneuver.
