Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Male or female and age range 18 to 30 years 2) Body mass index more than 23 kilogram per m2 3) Exercise less than 75 minutes per week
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Daily supplementation with drugs or diets 2) Having food or drug allergy i.e., asparagus 3) Regular smoking (> 30 packs-years) 4) Regular alcohol drinking (>1 cup/day) 5) Having drugs or diseases of cardiovascular, respiratory, liver, renal, endocrine, musculoskeletal, infectious, cancer, neurological, or psychiatric disease
