40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 History of Ischemic stroke (NIHSS score less 4) or History of transient ischemic attack 2 No history of smoking or Food supplement 3 No previous History of exercise training within 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cannot followed exercise protocol 2 Ischemic heart disease 3 Dementia 4 Injury from exercise
