Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Our hospital does not have a designated phlebotomy team; all registered nurses are responsible for blood sample collections. Nursing staff work only on their assigned wards and do not rotate to other units. All nursing staff responsible for the handling and collection of blood cultures consented to participate in the study.
