Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 year olds Orthopedic surgury ASA physical status 1-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allery of NSAIDs Patients have confirm Respiratory, Cadiovascular, liver, kidney and blood disease History of upper gastrointestinal bleeding History of Peptic ulcer (Gastric and Duodenal ulcer) Pregnant and lactation Smoking and Alcohol consume
