Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. two-staged maxillary sinus augmentation was required prior to implant placement, 2. Systemically healthy, 3. Residual alveolar bone height of less than 5mm, 4. Age over 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with medical disorders that may impair bone healing, such as uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, or those taking bisphosphonate or steroid therapy, 2. Smokers, 3. History of maxillary sinusitis, 4.History of reconstructive or previous implant surgery, 5. Being edentulous less than 3 months, 6. Maxillary sinus septum.
