Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing any surgery under spinal anesthesia using isobaric bupivacaine

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant woman failed spinal block (no block tested) intrathecal opioids or other adjuvants incomplete records of key data
