18 Years to 29 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. History of at least 1 significant ankle sprain 2. Self-reported sensations of giving way at least twice a year during activity 3. Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) score of less than 24 4. No signs or symptoms of an acute injury of ankle. 5. No current hip or knee injuries that limited function 6. No history of fracture or surgeries to the musculoskeletal structures of in either limb of the lower extremities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any known vision deficit such as color blindness, myopia, hyperopia, or astigmatism that could not be corrected by adjusting lenses focus on head-mounted display 2. Any known vestibular, ocular, or sensory deficits such as nausea, vertigo, visuospatial deficits, or sensory process disorder
