Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Chief complaint of low back pain with the pain intensity over 3 points (Numerical Pain Rating Scale) over 3 months. Has at least one direction hip range of motion limitation and/or positive modified Thomas test and/or hamstring length test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous surgery to lumbar spine and hip Red flag (tumor, upper motor neuron lesion) Signs consistent with nerve root compression Current pregnancy Structural leg length inequality Primary sacroiliac joint dysfunction
