Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: primary idiopathic trigger finger with isolated trigger finger, Green grade II and III and age 18 to 80 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: symptoms for more than 6 months, multiple trigger fingers, trigger thumb, previous surgery, steroid injection therapy and Diabetic mellitus, Dupuytren contracture, mucopolsaccharidosis
