Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children age 1-15 years who will undergo tendon surgery (such as Achilles tendon tenotomy, hamstring tenotomy, adductor tenotomy and tendon transfer) No previous pain before operation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of drug allergy to bupivacaine, ketorolac, morphine, paracetamol and ibuprofen History of bleeding disorder History of abnormal kidney function
