Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 19-50 years 2. Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5-22.9 kg/sqm 3. written inform consent prior to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Present a history of gastrointestinal illnesses 2. Previous abdominal surgery 3. Have a history of metabolic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, or endocrine abnormalities 4. allergy to the component of test meals
