Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient age under 15 years old 2.Diagnosis was suoracondylar fracture of humerus, Gartland two and three 3.The fracture was close fracture 4.The operation was performed at Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The fracture was open fracture 2.Ipsilateral supracondylar fracture with arm or forearm fracture 3.Contralateral arm or forearm fracture 4.The patient got injury or fracture at arm or forearm prior to supracondylar fracture 5.Complication after surgery 6.Operation preform by open reduction 7.Congenital arm of forearm deformities 8.The patient or their parent did not give consent for research 9.Patient did not come for follow up
