Conditions

Healthy patients who are categorized in ASA classification I and II (American Society for Anesthesiologists) who require dental extraction in Rangsit University Clinacanthus nutans, Payayor, extraction wound, gingival healing

Interventions

Normal healing of extraction wound,Application of Payayor oral paste on the extraction wound 4 times/day for 5 days

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy patients who are categorized in ASA classifications I and II (American Society for Anesthesiologists) 2) age between 18-60 years 3) non-smoker 4) free from systemic or local infection 5) Dose not have taken anti-inflammatory, or antibiotic drugs for at least 2 weeks before the operation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) pregnancy or lactating women 2) Has habits that disturb wound healing 3) allergy or has adverse effects from drugs that will be used in this study 4) surgical extraction or excessive trauma 5) operation time longer than 1 hour 6) a buccolingual dimension of wound less than 5mm
