Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. OSA patients, any severities 2. aged 20-55 y 3. never diagnosis and treatment oropharyngeal dysphagia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hx of previously used positive airway pressure > 3 months 2. underlying disease: diabetics, neurological disease (ex. Stroke, abnormal movement, neuromuscular disease), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, oropharyngeal tumor 3. Hx of current use prokinetic medications in 1 month: domperidone, metoclopramide, cisapride, itopride 4. Patients with decrease level of consciousness or not co-operate 5. Previous oropharyngeal surgery or radiation 6. Patients with hemodynamic unstable
