Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Preterm infants <32 weeks gestation who require an admission to a special care nursery or a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) at Ramathibodi Hospital will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neonates with congenital anomaly or chromosomal defect; have contraindications to feeding; have neuromuscular problems such as severe asphyxia; and parental disagreement will be excluded from our study.
