Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age more than 55 years 2. flexion contracture less than 20 degree 3. can stand 4. planning for tka
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 previous hip and knee surgery 2. secondary gonarthrosis, rheumatoid arthritis 3 previous femur or tibia fracture 5. avn of hip 6. hip or knee flexion contracture 7. perform x ray more than twice 8. NRS score >4 during x ray
