Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 systolic blood pressure more than 140 to 179 mmHg 2 People who use the same drug to treat high blood pressure. and is not a disease that is an obstacle to exercise 3 The subjects did not exercise regularly for at least 3 months prior to participating in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The subjects showed signs of disease that indicate unstable symptoms, such as worsening symptoms, fainting, requiring emergency room visits to the hospital to see a doctor. 2. Diagnosed with coronary heart disease and respiratory disease, obesity (body mass index more than 35 kg/square meter) and diabetes. 3. Severe and uncontrolled high blood pressure (systolic pressure more than 180 mm Hg and systolic pressure more than 110 mm Hg).
