Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women presenting with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome, indicated for fetoscopic laser coagulation 2. Women aged 18 years or older 3. Women who has decided to undergo fetoscopic laser coagulation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women unable to understand the Thai language
