Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients of Faculty of Sports Science, Chulalongkorn University, 18-25 years of age, who have been diagnosed with facial and/or truncal acne vulgaris with at least 1 IGA scale and/or modified PGA scale or post acne erythema and/or postinflammatory hyperpigmentation from acne with history of acne within these past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. received isotretinoin within past 6 months 2. received oral antibiotics within past 4 weeks 3. received whey protein within past 6 weeks 4. received anabolic steroid within past 4 weeks 5. severe acne (more than 1 nodulocystic acne) 6. allergic to cow's milk

At least 1-grade worsening of Investigators Global Assessment scale for facial acne and/or modified Physicians Global Assessment scale for truncal acne baseline, month 1, month 3, month 6 IGA scale and/or modified PGA scale
