Age
20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 20-45 years old Duration of infertility more than 1 year At least one previous semen analysis result with sperm concentration less than 15 million/ml Abstinence period within 2 to 7 days Semen volume at least 1.5 ml per ejaculation No history of previous testicular, penile surgery or vasectomy No history of cancer, radiation therapy or chemotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sperm concentration equal to or more than 15 million/ml when repeat at least 4-week interval from previous semen analysis Unable to ejaculate by masturbation Patient with azoospermia
