This study compare the CPR quality and monitor rescuers fatigue when performed 1-minute and 2-minute CPR rotation while wearing the PPE. The rescuers are healthy volunteer who are medical personal aged 18-55 years old. Interventions

Participant do the chest compression with 1-minute rotation time under PPE wearing.,Participant do the chest compression with 2-minute rotation time under PPE wearing.

18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participant aged 18-55 years old 2. Experienced in providing CPR under PPE 3. Experienced in training of BLS and ACLS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active covid-19 infection ( on treatment or quarantine) 2. Underlying disease: hypertension, diabetic mellitus, cardiac disease, COPD, asthma and chronic kidney disease 3. Chronic pain or limb and back pain during the study period 4. History of or current inflammatory joint disease or osteoporosis 5. Symptoms of BPPV 6. History of or ongoing use of antihypertensive drugs
