Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Lung strain between survival and non-survival ARDS patients At the begining of the study Tidal volume were measured by ventilator parameter and lung volume (EELV) were measured by nitrogen washout/washin technique using the module integrated into Engstrom Carestation ICU ventilators

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Lung parameter between survival and non-survival ARDS patients At the begining of the study Ventilator parameter and arterial blood gas,Mortality, ICU length of stay, hospital length of stay, ventilator free day between high lung strain and low lung strain Until patient discharge from the hospital medical record
