60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly aged between 60-85 years old, both male and female 2. Eligible for movement without using any walking aid equipment 3. No neurological disease that affects movement 4. No problem with vision 5. Exercise less than 150 minutes per week 6. No metal equipment inside the body, e.g. Pacemaker/Defibrillator 7. Height between 145 -165 centimeters 8. MMSE score is equal to or more than 24 points 9. Time-up and Go score is more than 10 seconds 10. No open-wound and contagious disease 11. Urinary and bowel continence 12. Willing to join the research program 13. Passing the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire Plus assessment (2019 PAR-Q+)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accident, injury, or illness that causes unable to continue the research program 2. Not willing to sign the application form 3. Desire to withdraw the research program
