Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pediatric patients who underwent elective femoral surgical operations (e.g. fracture fixation, deformity correction, osteotomy)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with peripheral vascular disease, history of deep vein thrombosis, history of bone infection and malignancy, bleeding disorders, and had any associated injuries affecting further blood loss
