Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 18 - 70 years old Diagnosed as Plantar fasciitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Already treated with Foot insole History of foot surgery History of treated with steroid injection Connective tissue disease Severe obesity/Moderate obesity Ankle athristis Allergy to rubber/paracetamol/NSAIDs
