Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Thoracolumbar spinal injury without neurological deficit 2.Thoracolumbar injuries severity score (TLICs) >3 3.Age 18 -6 year-olds

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.spinal anatomical variation or deformity 2.history of neurological dysfunction or mental illness 3.patients who refused to sign inform consent 4.coagulation disorder 5.aspirin or NSAIDs used within 7 days 6.patients with multiple trauma
