Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adult 2. Normal body mass index (between 18.5 and 29.9) 3. No medical history of digestion problems (including constipation, diarrhea, bellyache, irritable bowl syndrome) 4. No dietary limitation (i.e., food intolerance or allergy, abdominal pain)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Consumes antibiotic or antimycotic pre- and/or during the trial days 2. Consumes anti-diarrheal drugs and/or laxative during trial days
