Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Thai people age 25 - 65 years with BMI 23 - 30 kilograms/meter squared 2.Healthy no underlying disease 3.No drugs using or any weight loss supplements within the past 3 months 4.Weight stable for 1 month prior to attend to the study (<5% weight loss or weight gain) 5.Pregnant or breast feeding woman will be not allowed 6.Consent to participate in research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe adverse effect from taking resveratrol or doing intermittent fasting. 2.Taking resveratrol less than 80% 3.Using other drugs, supplements, or weight reducing methods while attending in the study. 4.Can not be able to participate in this study.
