18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18-80 year 2. ASA physical status I-III 3. have an indication for laminectomy+/- fusion 1-3 levels as elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. contraindication to epidural anesthesia 2. deny epidural anesthesia 3. cannot cooperate 4. allergy to any drug which used in this research 5. GFR < 30 ml/min/1.73 m2
