Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: myofascial pain syndrome participants

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are contraindication to stretching (limit ROM, recent fracture, acute inflammatory, hematoma), herniated disc, spondylosis, spondylolysis, whiplash injury, spondylolisthesis, cervical spine surgery, skin disease, muscle diseases, neurological deficits, inflammatory arthritis.
