12 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all of these items 1. participant's age 12 years old or older, 2. participant who ingested paracetamol more than 7.5 g or 200 mg/kg or more in any type of acute, staggered, or repeated supratherapeutic ingestion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participants meet at least one item One or more of these items 1) Participant whose initial ALT level is 1000 IU/L or greater 2) Participant who developed liver failure at the initial ED visit 3) Participant who received any routes of NAC from other hospitals before arrival 4) Pregnant women
