18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adult volunteers 2. Aged 18-59 years 3. Be able to attend all 3 sessions of intervention arms 4. Live in Hat-Yai municipality

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History, symptoms or signs of upper gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes (any types), malignancy, kidney or liver diseases 2. Currently taking medications for chronic diseases
