Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than 18 years ESRD patients with regular hemodialysis (two to three times a week) more than 90 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent diagnosis acute myocardial infarction, heart failure and pulmonary embolism within previous 6 months Major surgery and trauma within previous 4 weeks Pregnancy Undergone coronary and/or valvular intervention within previous 6 months
