Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient with small-to-medium size rotator cuff tear (according to DeOrio & Cofield classification)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with history of shoulder surgery 2.Pateint who have rheumatoid arthritis 3.Pateint who have septic arthritis of the shoulder 4.Pateint who have recent or concomitant skin infection of the shoulder
