35 Years to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai female infertile patients aged 35-42 years old, 2. Indicated for ICSI cycles (less than 3 previous ICSI cycles), 3. Informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Large endometrioma (more than 5 cm.) 2. Increased risk for OHSS (previous OHSS, AFC more than 23, development of more than 24 follicles at day of trigger) 3. Hypogonadotropic hypogonadism 4. Surgically retrieved sperm 5. RIF, Repeated Miscarriage or Uterus abnormality 6. BMI more than 30 kg/m2
