Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy participants aged between 18 and 34 years, BMI < 25.0 kg/m2 and physically inactive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Physically active (exercise more than 150 minutes per week) -Any condition that limits the capability to participate in the study
