Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with a 3rd grade hemorrhoid with 2 to 3 piles were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of colorectal cancer, anal fissure, colitis, previous anorectal bleeding, previous hemorrhoidectomy, hemorrhoid with thrombus, and other anorectal surgery were excluded from the study.
