Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Cancer patientswho come to the internal medicine department Srinagarind Hospital, Khon Kaen University from 1 January 2022 to 30 April 2023 and they have not been assessed for nutritional status. 2. 18 years of age and older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pre-existing liver disease including cirrhosis, hepatitis, fatty liver, and those whose liver function tests have abnormal values. (TB >1.5 md/dL, ALT > 40 U/L, AST >40 U/L, ALP > 120 U/L) 2. Patients with chronic kidney disease grade 5 (eGFR <15 ml/min/1.73m2) 3. Patients who are unable to provide information to assess nutritional status 4. Patients who are in crisis or unable to cooperate
