Interventions

Do resistance exercises with leg extension exercises at 70% of the intensity. Do 5 sets of 10 reps of 1 second for 1s and 2s for 2s of rest, with 60 seconds of rest each set for a total of 45. minute,
resistance exercises ,resistance exercises and breathing with pranayama

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Must not have participated in a systematic exercise program 6 months prior to participation in this study 2. Have a healthy body 3. Take the Thai version of the PAR-Q Form Health Assessment if the sample answered yes less than 1 question to pass the inclusion criteria 4. No Smoking

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not applying for further research,2. Not passing the health assessment criteria,3. An injury occurred while participating in the research.
