Conditions

All new COVID-19 patients (except emergency cases) need to be screened and stratified severity at the triage point. Chest radiography plays a major role for identified COVID-19 pneumonia, whereas the abnormal finding found only 30 percent of cases. Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>= 18 years old 2. Patient with COVID-19 infection (confirm by RT-PCR ) 3. Admission to Hatyai hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Acute respiratory failure at enrollment 3. A terminal illness of disease 4. Refer from another hospital
