Inclusion criteria: 1. age of medical ICU or semi ICU pateints >/= 18 y-o 2. clinical suspect of CRBSI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnancy 2. AIDS 3. catheter thrombosis/ malfunction
