Conditions

using a screening tool to find Gaucher patients. Gaucher disease, thrombocytopenia, ITP, Thalassemia

Interventions

Patients who meet the criteria of a screening tool will be tested for diagnosis Gaucher. We use the remain blood from the routine CBC test.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. splenomegaly 2. splenomegaly with thrombocytopenia 3. major thalassemia patients 4. thalassemia post splenectomy(not trauma) 5.abnormal bleeding nor associate with platelet level 6.refractory Idiopathic thrombocytopenia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: splenomegaly with explain cause
