Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. PCL injured patients using Posterior drawer test gr. III or confirm diagnosis by MRI 2. Performed the Side-to-side posterior tibial translation difference from normal contra-lateral knee more than 8-12 mm. via PCL Stress Radiographs in the kneeling technique 3. Performed PCL stress radiographs without pain 4. Understand well in Thai language and can made self-decision
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiligamentous injury knee 2. Contralateral knee injury or bilateral knee laxity 3. Neurovascular injury of the affected knee 4. Previous knee surgery 5. Previous significant lower extremities injury or pathology 6. High risk of osteoporosis 7. Inflammatory arthritis 8. Corticosteroid used more than 4 weeks 9. Unfit to surgery 10. Knee osteoarthritis more than The Kellgren and Lawrence system grade 1
