Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older adults with hypertension 1) Older adults who is diagnosed with hypertension. (Age 60-69 years) and have family member in their home 2) Have good consciousness 3) Able to communicate by speaking 4) Able to doing daily activities (ADL equal or more than 12) 5) Willingness to participate in this study after inform research process. 2. Family members of Older adults with hypertension 1) Age 18 years old and over 2) Who are the main care or close contact with older adults with hypertension in the same house with the elderly or in the neighboring house 3) Have good consciousness 4) Able to communicate by speaking 5) Willingness to participate in this study after inform research process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Older adults with hypertension 1) Older adults with hypertension having serious health conditions such as mental health problems, carcinoma, heart diseases, etc. 2) Older adults with hypertension having diabetes mellitus 2. Family members of older adults with hypertension 1) Family members who had a medical condition that could not participate in the study during in study
