Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: severe osteoarthritic (OA) knee in patients more than 50 years of age who undergo TKR
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) severe OA knee in diabetic patients, and 2) patients with follow up less than 2 years.
