Ovarian cancer is second most common in gynecologic malignancies, but is most common cause of death in gynecologic malignancies. Almost were advance stage at first visit and delay hospitalization due to late symptoms. Patients had poor outcome. treatment and high rate recurrent and dead. Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Advance stage ostage III-IV ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer and peritoneal cancer who underwent treatment at Oncologic gynecology unit, Surin hospital of Thailand from 1 January 2011 to 30 April 2021 and couldn follow survival to 30 November 2021.varian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, peritoneal cancer stage III-IV
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: inoperable in primary surgery group and unfit in NACT group
